Made to Order: How Raz Ruya Tailors Every Outfit for You

Quick answer: Raz Ruya does not sell outfits off a shelf. After you order, we source your chosen design, stitch it to your size or your own measurements, finish details such as modesty lining and shirt length for you, and then ship it. UK orders usually arrive in 10 to 15 business days and other countries in 15 to 20 business days, including stitching time.

Step 1: You choose a design and a size

Pick an outfit and choose a standard size (XS to XL) or Custom Size with your own measurements. Our standard sizes are there for your convenience; our size chart explains each measurement. Custom sizing is free.

Step 2: We source your outfit

Designer outfits listed under a designer's name, such as Maria B, Afrozeh, Akbar Aslam or Hussain Rehar, are original pieces from that designer's collection. REVIVE by Raz Ruya is our own label of designer-inspired designs, always clearly labelled REVIVE.

Step 3: Our tailors stitch it for you

Your outfit is cut and stitched to the size or measurements you gave us. We finish the details that make it yours:

• Shirt length, set according to the design and your height
• Modesty lining: as per the shoot sample, full lining front and back, or full lining including sleeves
• Sleeves and neckline to your preference where the design allows

Step 4: Delivery

Delivery is free to the UK, USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. A flat £20 applies to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and Mauritius. You receive a tracking number when your order ships. Orders outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

What it means for returns

Because each outfit is made for one person, it cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for size and fit when it was made to the size or measurements you gave us. If you would like the fit adjusted, we offer paid alterations. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we repair, alter or remake it at our cost, or refund you if we cannot put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
