It is couture-style service at no extra charge, and it means your outfit is made for one person only: you.

- Every outfit is made to order and stitched to your size: choose XS to XL or send your own measurements, with no extra charge for customisation.
- Delivery is free to the UK, USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and a £20 flat rate applies to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and Mauritius.
- UK orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days; international orders within 15–20 business days, including stitching time.
