Shipping policy
Every Raz Ruya outfit is stitched to your size and sent from our base in the United Kingdom. Here is where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.
Where we deliver and delivery charges
- Free delivery: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
- £20 flat rate: all 27 EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), plus Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and Mauritius.

Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 10–15 business days from order to delivery.
- USA, Canada, Europe, Saudi Arabia, UAE and all other countries: 15–20 business days from order to delivery.
These times include sourcing and stitching your outfit. They are estimates, and customs checks or courier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Customs duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes vary by country. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before you order and we'll explain what to expect for your country.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the courier's website.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once sourcing or stitching of your outfit has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping address
Please make sure the delivery address you enter at checkout is complete and correct. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is damaged or wrong, so we can put it right. If a parcel goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll work with the courier to resolve it.
