Delivery and shipping
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Mauritius and these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the UK, the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Orders to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and Mauritius have a flat shipping rate of £20.
How long does delivery take?
Every outfit is stitched to order. UK orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days, and orders to all other countries within 15–20 business days, counted from the day you place your order. Customs checks can occasionally add a few days.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by country. If you'd like guidance for your country, contact us before you order.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can track it on our website or on the courier's website.
Sizing and stitching
Are your outfits stitched or unstitched?
Stitched. Every outfit is stitched to your size before it is shipped.
What sizes do you offer?
Our standard sizes are XS, S, M, L and XL. Check the measurements in our size chart before you order.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size on the product page and enter your measurements, such as bust, waist, hips, shoulder, sleeve and length. There is no extra charge for customisation.
Orders, returns and cancellations
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 14-day return policy for items returned in the condition you received them: unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Made-to-order and custom-size items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Full details are in our refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once material sourcing or production has begun, and a cancellation fee may apply. See our refund policy.
